Three Kinds of Pureness

キレイな場所

Our ginger is grown in the pure area

Iga City (former Aoyama Town) of Mie Prefecture once prospered as a region where Ninja played an active role. Our ginger is grown in a small greenhouse in this town with rich nature, where woods surrounds the town, a clean river with lots of fish runs through, and there is fresh air.

While paying close attention to the room temperature and cleanliness, we cultivate our ginger in the special soil with an organic fertilizer made from the broth of bonito locally caught in Mie, without using agricultural chemicals during the cultivation period, so that our ginger can grow well.

Efficacy of Ginger

Promoting Digestion

In summer, people tend to lose appetite, but the fresh smell of ginger can sharpen their appetite and stimulate the secretion of gastric juices.

Gingerol, which is found in large quantities in ginger, is said to activate the workings of the stomach and intestines, suppress diarrhea, and protect the function of the liver.

Warming the Body

Due to its efficacy of promoting perspiration, improving metabolism, and warming the body from the inside, ginger is especially effective for various cold symptoms.

In Oriental medicine, ginger is often used for sensitivity to the cold.

Dried ginger, which is produced by steaming and drying ginger, is believed to be effective for headaches resulting from the cold, diarrhea, and menstruation disorder. It is also said that dried ginger removes pain in the lower half of the body below the waist (neuralgia and arthritis).

Promoting Blood Flows

By warming the body, ginger inhibits the constriction of blood vessels and prevents the formation of blood clots, so the synergistic effect of these factors enables the blood to flow smoothly and keep blood vessels healthy.

It is also reported that as ginger promotes metabolism and enhances the body function itself, it can help recover from fatigue and cure illnesses.

In addition to improving metabolism, the improved circulation of water in the body can be expected to reduce swelling. The detoxification effect is promoted, and toxins accumulated in the body are discharged, resulting in beautiful skin.
